Even though they were both in a sense the same "Old Snake" I don't see why Hayter didn't do his voice in 4. The controls are so bizarre but they are a lot easier on the fingers, the buttons are the d-pad and the d-pad is the buttons which is the complete opposite to the last one. -_- Crazy Japanese and their thinking outside of the box.
