(The following plot takes place after the events of Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil 1 in an alternate universe.)
After the destruction in the Mansion S.T.A.R.S. members Chris, Jill, Barry, and Rebecca returned to Raccoon City in attempts to warn the S.T.A.R.S. base of what happened on the mission, but nobody believed them. Accepting that no one would believe them they decided to take matters into their own hands.
Meanwhile William Birkin was working on his new “G-Virus” back in Umbrella and another project that involved the T-Virus and his own flesh and blood Sherri Birkin. She was given small doses just to keep her going when she was sick, and in those period of times her body began to adapt with the T-Virus and not begin to mutate in the past. However her status is unclear and her body is not yet fully developed in neither the physical nor mental powers she may be receiving.
Another viral outbreak of the T-Virus broke out in William labs and the undead began making their way out into the city, running scare Sherri escaped her father lab and fled into the city as well, faster than William or any other mutation could keep up with. She would go to a place she thought was safe, the police department. For a while it was safe, even though they didn’t believe her reasons for coming there they try to get in contact with her father but failed. The worse would come as a zombie enter the police station and attacking one of the officers. Even though she wasn’t in the room at the time Sherri could sense that the spreading of the T-Virus was taking place in the building.
After several shots at the zombie he finally died and his body was taken away. Sherri made the attacked officer uneasy by constantly staring at the bite left by the zombie. When she tried to warn the officers that she would turn into what he was, and that the zombie they killed would reanimate into a Crimson Head and infect people he would kill wherever they took him they again didn’t take the warning.
The attacked officer turned into a zombie and bit another. The station was then cut in two as friends was forced to kill their old friends that has turned. Sherri informed them if they did not remove the head or burn the bodies they would only return as Crimson Heads. Knowing that this came true that mean there was one more problem to solve. They search the city for the Crimson Head they knew would be running about. But before they could find it they ran into several zombies in the streets. When they finally found and killed the Crimson Head it was already too late. The city was crawling in zombies. The outbreak has begun. But for whatever reason, none would dare attack nor attempt to attack Sherri. Almost like something was preventing them to do so.
The police team protecting Sherri did not survive the outbreak and so Sherri was force to run in the streets alone just trying to stay alive. Meanwhile back at her father lab he was attacked by soldiers, from the Ashford family. Taking the samples of the G-Virus but they forgot one that was still in William hands. After being shot and dying he stuck himself with the G-Virus and his mutation began. His days of a human gone, his days as a tyrant beginning. As he found the soldiers that killed him and ripped them apart in a matter of seconds. They never stood a chance.
With the outbreak getting worse it was do or die time for many of the survivors. Chris, Barry, and Rebecca has already left the city to go against Umbrella before the outbreak. Jill stayed behind and was now planing her last escape while Brad was doing everything he could just to stay alive. While new RPD officer Leon was just now entering the city during the crisis and Claire just now entering the city as well in search for her brother Chris. Along with Ada searching for her husband.
The Nemesis project has been released to search and destroy all S.T.A.R.S. members left in Raccoon City. Umbrella also released Mr X to find the G-Virus sample before the Ashford family does. Alexia and Alfred Ashford enter the city in search for the G-Virus sample from their rival William. Albert Wesker, thought dead enters the city in search for his friend daughter highly interested in how well she has adapted to the T-Virus in her body.
You are a survivor in a city gone to hell. Your only goal is to get out in one piece using any means you can. Finding weapons to defend yourself, finding a way to get out. Will you be able to survive the elements left behind in Raccoon City, or will you fall to one of them? Welcome to Resident Evil Chaos Infection.

(To keep some people from going power crazy the only characters that can be played that has tyrant like powers are Sherri (though she can’t control hers that well) Albert Wesker, and Alexia. Sherri powers are kind of the same to Alice’s in the movies if that helps settle things only premature I guess you can say. If that makes sense at all. Once we got enough people we’ll start.

Appearance: Short tomboyish black hair with brown eyes, at a height of 5'5 with plain white skin. Usually seen in a white dress shirt, black slacks and black dress shoes along with a black suit coat and a black tie. 118 pounds.
Quick Bio: Rinoa Price was born and raised in Raccoon City to her father James Price and her mother Sarah Price. Growing up her father was never around and almost always working for the company Umbrella so she was mostly raised by her mother who joined with the Raccoon City Police Department. Her life from birth up to eighteen year of age would be like any other girl, with the bonus of being taught how to shoot a gun and be taught gun safety. It would be at the age of eighteen where things would head for the worse. 1998 the reports of people being attack and eaten started to cover the media in Raccoon City.
During the events the family dog would return through the doggy door of the front door in the house a change dog, now being infected by the T-Virus. It attack and bit Sarah after coming home and with it continued efforts to attack Sarah and Rinoa Sarah took out her Single Action Army and shot the thing until it died. After the horrible bites it left on Sarah Rinoa picked away at her until she agreed to get it look at in the hospital. After they got there other victims reported dead started rising from their bed and attacking the doctors and nurses there.
To Rinoa own dismay her mother would become one of the many undead and begin chasing her in the hospital. She manage to escape from the slower zombies and did the only thing she could think of at the time, return to her house. More reports began flying in all over the news of people attacking and eating people in the streets. Some was calling them cannibals others were calling them zombies. She was no longer safe in her home so doing the only thing she could think of she took her mother revolvers and began to search for her father
