hahahaha, that is hilarious!
for those of you who don't know what prop 8 was, it was something california voted on and decided that gays can't get married there.
i believe it was repealed shortly after it was passed though.
(just a little background for those of you who aren't going to watch this because you don't know what it is)

for those of you who don't know what prop 8 was, it was something california voted on and decided that gays can't get married there. For those of you that don't know. Even with Proposition 8 gays can still be married in California. The state and our beloved .fedgov will not recognize the marriage though. I can prove it if anyone wishes to challenge my post.* I'll marry anyone to anything... or hell... any idea if the check clears. CA and .fedgov won't recognize it however. Only why would anyone need the state/.fedgov to recognize their love for their significant other? Haven't kept up with the issue, but I think it hasn't been "repealed". If it has it's just another day that has passed. If it hasn't we'll just have to see what the courts say in 2009. Concerning Proposition 8 I just have to say "Don't you just love democracy?" *First Teh Chez marriage performed free of charge. Mr. Fox and Tanner... I now pronounce you man and man.... You may now kiss the bride...

from what i hear there was a huge confusion about prop 8, and pro gay sites were telling people to vote yes, because they thought it was voting yes for gay marriage legalization.
probably why it was repealed.

I think they got it the other way around then. Until I see a link I stick with what I said. Also, like I said before same sex marriage isn't illegal. Just not recognized by our beloved .gov. Until I see a link I stick with what I said.
