How often do you work out? I work out every night before I go to sleep. I used to be fit as hell, (six pack, good biceps ect) back when I wrestled for my school. After I got out of wrestling, I lost my shape. Now I'm trying to get back to that by working out every night. I'm starting to get my six pack back (more of a four pack that's visible) and my arms are thicker.
So, do you work out? I was going to make this into a poll, but there are too many different options.

I run six days a week and lift every other day. The lifting is a new thing I started doing a couple weeks ago.

Used to hit the gym up six times a week, sometimes twice a day. Been lazy most of the summer, but getting back in shape soon for boxing/football.

I don't do anything official with boxing, but my friend teaches me shit and I spar with him a lot. It sucks though because he's a Light Heavyweight and I just barely pass for Middleweight. I've been training for boxing for the last five months and came to the conclusion that I have a boxing style similar to Roy Jones Jr.

I do push-ups and ab workouts as well as bench press and bicep/triceps workouts. Used to do it everyday, now about every other day. I've been slacking recently though, I'll get back into it eventually I'm sure of it. I like to stay in shape.

You should try out.

I was thinking of doing some amateur boxing at this gym that's about five miles away after next summer (I'll have graduated from high-school by then) The gym I'm looking at costs $240 for a full year.
