I heard about this wayyy back... Like 2004, or 2005 and the first thing I thought of was Metal Gear. The Japanese were already doing this, and had already cloaked a guy. You could still see him, but it looked signifigantly faded, it was pretty cool.

It would be cool until somebody came up to you in broad daylight and stabbed you in the neck. Just think about what could happen if this thing got into the hands of a gang or something.
